The performance that gave the Audi e-tron GT quattro its World Performance Car award is primarily ensured by a sophisticated thermal management system. In the Audi e-tron GT quattro, the system consists of four thermal circuits. This means that the battery and components of the driveline each maintain their ideal temperature, resulting in performance being repeated repeatedly.
Thanks to the intelligent thermal control, the e-tron GT quattro - if the Audi e-tron route planner is used - will ensure that the battery is within an ideal temperature range for charging, depending on the outside temperature, which is helpful for fast charging with up to 270 kW.
