For the first time, our customers will be able to try out and buy the new Fiat 500 La Prima by Bocelli from the comfort of their own homes, thanks to a fast, realistic, and stress-free human-assisted process. By the end of 2022, the entire line of the new Fiat 500 will offer this unique experience. In the first half of 2023, customers will be able to find new models in the Metaverse Store. Our innovative customer journey will also be available in other markets, starting with Italy.

The Fiat Metaverse Store was made with the help of Touchcast and Microsoft. This one-of-a-kind experience was made just for the Fiat brand. Touchcast's Metaverse-as-a-Service platform is built on the Microsoft cloud. It gives customers access to the metaverse without needing virtual reality headsets, avatars, or other specialized hardware. The result is an unbeatable combination of virtual and real experiences. The Fiat Metaverse Store puts the customer "inside" Fiat right away. 

Once the customer is inside, Product Genius will meet them and show them the chosen model in a dynamic 360° presentation. They will also be able to talk about the technology used. Product Genius will also answer questions about electric vehicles, ways to charge them, and the new Fiat 500's many features. The customer can also closely examine how the EV's infotainment system and different driving and charging modes work. The customer will also be able to customize their car by choosing the type and color of the body, the design of the interior, and other features. They can watch their dream car change as they make their choices. Also, the Fiat brand offers a very immersive tool that lets you drive the new Fiat 500 La Prima by Bocelli on the test track La Pista 500, which is on the roof of the former Lingotto factory in Turin.

The brand is moving toward a simple but innovative customer journey with the new Fiat Metaverse Store at CES 2023. This is in line with the simplification strategy that was introduced just a few weeks ago with the configuration of the new range.
